Week 9 Relationships

Our weekly lecture topic is Relationships. What we have learnt are fairly logical + familiar. During group application/sharing time, I struggled with which item I should highlight... When it was finally my turn to share, I apparently didn’t know how/what to say—partly because I feel so hurt + rejected in my life. I asked my leaders to ask me questions instead. Her only question was, “Are you expecting rejection?” I uncontrollably wept + replied, “Yes”. 😢 Then one of our teammates asked me, “Do you think you’re a valuable friend? Because you are.” Tears just rolled down on my cheek again😢, while I was replying “no”. These good + direct questions are something i should ponder on. 🧐Then the rest of my team spoke encouragements over me, which were very moving🥰. I repented for believing in the lies spoken over me, and I choose to walk in that way moving forward.😇#pricelessjourney #ywamperth#relationships #rejection
